Just gathering lots of fun things for my workshop with Robert Ebendorf : Lost and Found: Exploring Ideas for Personal Adornment at Haystack Mountain School for Crafts.  Class starts next Sunday. The participants are tasked with bringing all sorts of found objects.

I've been working on bracelets this week. The weather has been quite humid and rainy so the downstairs studio is the place to be as the weeds grow huge outside in the garden.

A sweet art teacher friend donated prismacolor pencil boxes to me.  I love the dots!

These are some of my stars from the final Make Shift class last night. We made fork bracelets and wire rings. It was fun to meet you and work with you ladies!

It is a busy week for East Street Tins:

On Thursday I will be teaching the last class of the season for the Make Shift series the Schweinfurth Art Center in Auburn.  We will be making wire rings and bracelets from forks.  Don't forget to bring a pair of pliers and a fork!

On Friday and Saturday I will be at Plantasia, a plant and craft show at Baltimore Woods in Marcellus.
Friday night is for members only. Saturday runs from 8-2.
