Salvage Yard

Went to the salvage yard today looking for screen doors which I will repurpose into display units.  It was a good thing to do on Earth Day.  Much looking netted me these two which I will add supports so they can stand on their own and I will also add some more horizontals from which  to hang jewelry.

 I asked the owner if he had any cans and after much searching in a funky area I found this oyster can.  All good finds.

Tin Collage Brooches

Collage can be fun with any material.  Here I am using images from tins which have been cut out and riveted in place along with copper tube rivets in the tin frames.

Indie Garage Sale

Lots of fun at the Indie Garage Sale last weekend at the Utica Train Station.  What a wonderful location
