I have been working on lots of earrings this week after a nice wholesale purchase at the beginning of the week. Olive oil cans, tea tins, a vintage beer can, and cookie containers are all represented.

A busy week: I have been working on these six cuffs during free time all week, tweaking a design I started a couple of summers ago. These new bracelets have three layers of tin which makes them a bit sturdier without a lot of weight.
I also taught the first of my recycled jewelry classes this spring at the Schweinfurth Art Center in Auburn. We worked with bottle caps filling them with resin for magnets and pins and also flattening them for earrings. All had fun. The next class will be in March and we will be making tin beads for a necklace.
